Bryan has always considered himself a creative person and the drawing side of architectural drafting is what initially led him to pursue a career in the industry. As the main point of contact for several VAA High Quality Repeat Clients (HQRCs), Bryan has ample opportunities to find solutions to problems as he designs projects for the agricultural and industrial markets.
“Always have fun with what you’re doing,” is the best piece of advice Bryan has received to date and been adopted as his M.O. At work, that means finding solutions to problems others struggle with – and a solution people can agree on, while bringing projects through to completion. Outside of work, Bryan’s fun includes spending time with his wife and four children, coaching his sons’ hockey teams and spending time outdoors.
Bryan takes pride in doing the right thing and believes it’s never the wrong time to do the right thing. His 3D modeling skills spanning 10 years and ability to pivot from different projects within minerals, feed, fertilizer and grain markets reflect his project management versatility. The result is a loyal team who earned one client’s respect as they became a HQRC. This client in turn recommended VAA to another client whose relationship and project work has grown. Earning trust through action and “doing what you say,” reflects Bryan’s unwavering project management style.
