About Aaron Olson
Aaron grew up on a family farm in South Dakota, which, he believes, taught him two things: an aptitude for hard work and the determination to do work well. He brings both to his work at VAA. Setting project direction, Aaron works with his team to balance the workload and provides QA/QC reviews throughout the design process.
Aaron is an Associate in VAA’s agribusiness and industrial markets. He is responsible for structural engineering in group projects; preparing and reviewing construction documents; and managing workload and other engineers within the group. In his time with the firm, Aaron has appreciated that everyone isn’t just interested in work; they are interested in each other as people.
